Testing WordPress Blocks

I might as well use this site to test not only WordPress Blocks but I’ll test a bunch of things. You might say I should have tested WP Blocks a long time ago – and you could be right – but you’re probably wrong and in the end it doesn’t matter.

I’ll post an update in the future with my findings but I’m going to have to use it for a while.

Also, I’m going to test the “SEO plugin” WordPress SEO Plugin – Rank Math on this site. I may as well. I’ve used a few others over the years which have worked quite well so I’ll give Rank Math a try. There will also be a post update about my findings too, and I’ll share which SEO plugin I’ve been currently using so you can see how they compare – in my opinion.

While I’m here

I should probably mention my take on WP Blocks right now as I’m writing this post and about to publish it.

So far so good. It’s definitely easy for the newbie or never-to-learn-HTML person/business owner although like any system, it will take time to learn.

Text formatting and styling took about 10 seconds to learn but my overall assessment of WordPress Blocks won’t involve the ease of use but instead the ease-of-editing, especially related to HTML/CSS code.

I think I remember reading somewhere (last year) that you cannot use WordPress Templates with the Blocks Editor but that remains to be seen and if course I’ll report on that later.
